    Warranty Support:

    Standard 1 Year Warranty: Included with purchase of SuperPro 3000U. Covers device update and repair. Xeltek pays Fedex GND when shipping product back to customer.

    Programmer is warranted to be free of manufacturing or workmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase.  We charge $249 for repairing Superpro 3000U Programmer after one-year warranty period expires.  Online Technical Support is also available 24 hours or you may call us during our business hours through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm (PST).
